“Fermenting II:  Drinks and Beverages”  with Ben Harman, Nancy Harman, and John Powell
In this workshop participants will join a discussion and hands-on demonstration of the ancient art of beverage fermentation. From carbonation to homebrewing your own alcohols, your instructors will share their years of practical homesteading and classroom experience to help you concoct your perfect fizzy beverage.   Beverages covered will be Beer, Wine, mead, ciders,  kombucha, yogurt/kefir/milk- based beverages, soda/ginger ale, and coffee.
